Since day one
Four sisters, one big idea
Bambu began when four Vietnamese sisters — Anh, Kelly, Jenny & Julie — opened their first Bambū shoppe in the heart of San Jose's Vietnamese community.
Their authentic chè dessert drinks, crisp boba milk teas, signature Vietnamese coffees, real-fruit smoothies and exotic juices captured the neighborhood's attention — and never let go.
What started as one shop grew into a franchise on a mission: spreading Vietnamese culture around the world, one made-to-order cup at a time.
